Plugin Installation?

My virtual instruments and audio tools are software Plugins compatible with any host program(DAW) that supports the VST2 / VST3 plug-in interfaces.

A Demo version is available for download from the website with the following limitations:

– white noise every 16 seconds.
– no file operations like load/save.

Please follow these instructions to download or update the plugin:

  1. Visit the Downloads page.
  2. Select a Demo Package and download it.
  3. Unzip the installation package to your a local drive using any file archiver and open the unzipped folder.
  4. VST 2.4:
    Copy the Plugin folder with all files inside to your VST-Plugins folder for VST2 plugins.
  5. VST 3:
    Copy the Plugin folder with all files inside to the VST3-Plugins folder on your system. The location is:
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
  6. Start your DAW. Make sure that the correct folder containing your VST-Plugins is selected in the settings.
  7. If is not found on startup automatically, perform a plugin scan in your DAW, restart it if needed.
  8. Open the virtual instrument or audio tool from the virtual instruments or audio tools browser. If it is a instrument you are looking for, search for „Icewolf Audio“ folder and unfold it to see the instrument.


The Demo versions can be registered to the full version using your personal license.reg, if you purchased the corresponding license on via my website.

Multiple Device Licensing?

Until now, your personal serial number, generated with your user ID and sent to you, is your activation for the system on which the demo version was installed. Technically, the same serial number cannot actually be used to authorize the same plugin on another system.


If this is actually necessary, for example if you are using the plugin on another system (a second laptop or an additional system), please contact me about this and wait for a reply with further information.

Possibility for a refund?

Refund on digital products is always difficult even for big companies. Refunds are unfortunately not possible. Please evaluate abd test any DEMO version extensivly to be sure it works properly on your system and DAW, before making a purchase. By completing a purchase you are hereby aware, that there is no possibility for a refund.

Purchase and Authorization?

Purchase

After purchasing the plugin, you need to send your „User ID“ to the e-mail adress below. You find your personal „User ID“ in the Menu of the virtual instrument or audio tool`s „Authorization“ menu screen.

Please send this „User-ID“ to me at: license@icewolfaudio.com

(in case the mail-adress is not working, please get in touch with me via the Contacts page. Your personal User-ID you see is unique to your machine and is needed to generate your personal serial number.

Activation

To activate the software, load up the plugin inside your DAW. Then follow the steps below.

  • Open the „Authorization“ menu
  • Enter your serial numberin the appropriate input field.
  • Press the button „SAVE LICENSE FILE“ (a „license.reg“ file will be saved into your plugin folder)

The serialnumber is only usable for the JP-88tyon your specific system. If you change your system hard drive at some point, you have to request a serial number again. A new activation process can be made..
